Indications for the active substance ABEMACYCLIB

Treatment of hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2-) negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer: in combination with first-line endocrine therapy with an aromatase inhibitor; in combination with fulvestrant administered as first- or second-line endocrine therapy; as monotherapy in patients with disease progression after endocrine therapy and one or two prior lines of chemotherapy for metastatic disease.
