Indications

• Prophylaxis of the urotoxic effect of oxazaphosphorines during cytostatic therapy: always during treatment with ifosfamide; during treatment with high-dose cyclophosphamide (more than 10 mg/kg) in high-risk patients (post-radiation therapy of the pelvic organs, cystitis during previous treatment with oxazaphosphorines, history of urinary tract disease).
