Indications

• Acromegaly (in patients with experience using Sandostatin ® ):
• Treatment of the main manifestations of the disease in cases where surgery or radiation therapy is insufficient
• Treatment between courses of radiation therapy, until its effectiveness will be achieved.
• Symptoms of functional endocrine tumors of the gastrointestinal tract (in patients with experience using Sandostatin ®):
• Carcinoid tumors with existing carcinoid syndrome;
• VIPomas;
• Glucagonoma;
• Gastrinoma / Zollinger-Ellison syndrome,
• Insulinoma for hypoglycemia control in the preoperative period, as well as for maintenance therapy.
