Indications for use

Enzalutamide is indicated for the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer, metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCRPC), and non-metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (nMCPC) with biochemical recurrence and a high risk of metastasis (high-risk BCC).13,14 It is also used in combination with talazoparib for the treatment of adult patients with HRR-mutated mCRPC.
