Indications:

Doxorubicin is used to relieve symptoms in a number of neoplastic pathologies, including breast, lung, bladder, thyroid, and ovarian cancers; osteosarcoma and soft tissue sarcomas; Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas; neuroblastoma; Wilms' tumor; acute lymphoblastic leukemia; and acute myeloid leukemia. Adriblastin has demonstrated a positive effect in superficial bladder cancer when administered intravesically, both after transurethral resection (preventative treatment) and for therapeutic purposes.

Positive results have also been obtained in the treatment of other types of solid tumors, but experience with the drug is still limited enough to justify its specific indications.
