Gilenia is indicated as a monotherapy that modifies highly active relapsing remitting disease of multiple sclerosis in the following groups of adult patients and children over 10 years of age:

• Patients with high activity.

This group includes patients who have received a new and adequate (no less than fate) course of treatment with at least one drug that modifies the disease (applications and information about the period of recovery are provided in the sections “Peculiarities of stasis” and “Pharmacological power”), without showing a therapeutic effect.

• Patients with rapidly progressive severe relapsing relapsing disease sclerosis

Detection of two or more disabling lesions over a long period of time, or one or more gadolinium-enhanced lesions and an increased number of T2-hyperintense lesions detected on MRI of the brain aligned with anterior MRI.

Dozuvannya

For adults, the recommended dose of fingolimod is 1 capsule of 0.5 mg orally once per dose.

For children (over 10 years of age), the recommended dose is body mass:

• for children with body weight ? 40 kg – 1 capsule of 0.25 mg (subject to the possibility of taking such dosing) orally once per day;
• for children with body weight ? 40 kg – 1 capsule of 0.5 mg orally once per day.
