Indications for Use

Lynparza is indicated as monotherapy for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent high-grade serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer with a BRCA gene mutation (germline and/or somatic) who have achieved a complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy.

Directions for Use

The recommended dose of Lynparza is 400 mg (8 capsules) twice daily, corresponding to a total daily dose of 800 mg.
