Indications for Use

Unresectable or metastatic melanoma with the BRAF V600 mutation in adult patients in combination with vemurafenib.

Method of Administration

Treatment with Cotellic should be initiated and monitored by a physician experienced in treating patients with cancer.

Before using Cotellic in combination with vemurafenib, a validated test for the presence of the BRAF V600 mutation should be performed.

The recommended dose of Cotellic is 60 mg (three 20 mg tablets) orally once daily.

Cotellic should be taken in 28-day cycles.
