Indications for Use

As part of combination therapy for relapsed multiple myeloma in patients who have received at least one prior line of therapy, in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone.

Monotherapy for relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma in patients who have received at least two prior lines of therapy, including bortezomib and an immunomodulatory agent.
