Indications

• In combination with pegylated liposomal doxorubicin hydrochloride, Yondelis is indicated for the treatment of platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer.
• Yondelis is indicated for the treatment of patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma who have failed anthracyclines and ifosfamide or are unsuitable for these drugs. Efficacy has been demonstrated primarily in patients with liposarcoma and leiomyosarcoma.
