Indications for use

Indications for use of the drug Endoxan are: acute lymphoblastic and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, lymphogranulomatosis, non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, multiple myeloma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, neuroblastoma, retinoblastoma, mycosis fungoides.
Endoxan is used in combination with other antitumor drugs for the treatment of lung cancer, germ cell tumors, cervical cancer, bladder cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, reticulosarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma, Wilms' tumor, prostate cancer.
Endoxan is used as an immunosuppressant - in progressive autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, collagenoses, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, nephrotic syndrome) and to suppress transplant rejection.

Method of administration

Endoxanis used intravenously (by jet or infusion), intramuscularly, intraperitoneally or intrapleurally, orally.
