Indications

• Treatment of advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer in combination with exemestane in postmenopausal women without rapidly progressive internal organ disease, if previous therapy with nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitors has resulted in recurrence or progression.
• Treatment of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma whose disease has progressed during or after VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) therapy.
• Treatment of unresectable or metastatic, well- or moderately differentiated neuroendocrine tumors Pancreatic cancer in adult patients with progressive disease.
• Treatment of patients with subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (SEGA) associated with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC), requiring therapeutic intervention other than surgery.
• Changes in SEGA volume are evidence of treatment efficacy. No further clinical benefit, such as improvement in disease-related symptoms, was observed.
