Delivery and Payment

Non-refrigerated medications are delivered within Europe via EMS Europe Post. Delivery time is 7-10 days. Delivery cost is 40 euros.

Medications requiring refrigeration can only be delivered by air. Our courier will fly to you, and the delivery cost will be equal to the cost of a roundtrip air ticket.

Payment for mail orders is made by transfer to a European bank account upon receipt. For air delivery, payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery.
